Once they pass the Great Fairy Fountain, they will be able to see a road on their right. This road will take the players to a promenade full of Bokoblins. Blatchery Plain is considered the 13th and the final location of the captured memory. But, the quest for the Blatchery Plain will be time-taking as you can only reach this place once you have explored the first 12 locations. 

Therefore, to reach the Blatchery Plain, first, you will need to go to the Kakariko Village and talk to Impa. impa will show you a photograph along with the location. Once the wrap to Hetano Tower is done, you should go to the Platchery Plain.
